Credentials
Media credentials for BayFest 2007 are available only to
reporters and photographers working on assignment for a
newspaper, radio or television station, or network. All
freelancers must be on assignment.
To request media credentials,
outlets should send a request on official letterhead, signed by
an editor or news director and a copy of the publication, if
applicable, to:

Your request should be received
prior to the close of business on Monday, October 1, 2007.
Please also indicate if you are willing to provide tear sheets
of your coverage following this year's event
Interviews
BayFest maintains an
experienced On-Site Media Relations Team in order to provide you
with the greatest possible assistance. To increase the chances
of getting the interviews you desire, please submit your
interview requests as early as possible

Photography
The BayFest
photography policy is the first three songs from the pit unless
otherwise authorized. Some acts may prohibit photography
entirely by contract. Please abide by the instructions of the
stage managers and/or media team members at all times.
Backstage Policy
Media credentials do not
guarantee you access to backstage and other off-limits areas. To
be sure you have access to necessary areas for interviews,
photography, etc., please make sure you have been in contact
with a media team member and have made arrangements to be
escorted IN ADVANCE of the festival. For more information,
